when i get a email from a friend and i have to download the attachment, it starts the process and then a pop up shows that says " the connection with the server was reset: Internet Explyer cannot download"...so i checked my firewall, it reads "no proxies"..then i went into my IE, tools, options, advanced, and clicked on restore defaults, and then restarted my comp. it didn't work, i was told to check my email virus scanner??? what's that and how if needed do i check that, or please tell me how to fix this problem, thanks for all help, it will be greatly appreciated.
