To differentiate the gender of a skeleton, you look at three things. First the pelvis, the pelvis of a female is wider, more bowl shaped. Second the weight and size of the bones, males are generally bigger and heavier. Third the forehead of the skull, males have a heavy brow ridge.
Age can be determined a number of ways, certain bones fuse around certain ages, wisdom teeth come in around 18, etc.

Using the DNA evidence one can determine male or female by the presence of a Y chromosome. I don't know of any indication that DNA evidence is being used to determine whether the person was handicapped. Only a limited number of physical and mental handicaps have an identified genetic basis (eg downs syndrome). I doubt it'd be worth the effort to test unless there was other indications that the individual had a genetic condition.

In regards to age: the age of a specific cell can be estimated by telomere length. This requires relatively intact samples. There are better ways to estimate age, based on physical characters of the bones. I doubt DNA is used.

that's what the dna's are for...........they provide u with all th information relating an individual human being or an animal.if u ask how,then i guess u have to do a course in it.
