70% of 560g = 70/100 x 560
= 0.7 x 560g
Ans = 392g

560g is 100%. If she used only 70%, use the formula above. Notice that the word "of" becomes the mathematical "x" (multiply)
70% of something is equal to 70/100 x "something.in this case the 560g of sugar. therefore 70% = 70/100. Any number , 70%, 85%, 21%, jus used the number to divide by 100.
U can play around with it.

Hey man thats simple. Here you go

Since Hui used 70% of 560g, you find out what 70% of 560g is...this is how you do that'

70% = 70/100 = 0.7

0.70X560=392g

Thats your answer: 392g

70% = 0.70
therefore 70% of variable X is equal to 0.70 * X
the variable in your question is the sugar so
X = 560g
therefore
0.70 * 560g = 392g

she used 392 grams of sugar for her coffee :~)
