Because you exude more confidence when you are not on the prowl and transmitting less confidence and more desperation. We can't see it in ourselves but women can. It's the same thing as the truism that if you have money it is easier to make money. We put up psychological roadblocks when we desperately need something. Think job hunting when you are at your rope's end. Getting a job is significantly easier if you have a job. Go figure.
Before you get too big headed, remember that these same women would not necessarily be interested in you if you did not have a g.f. and were available. So, they are not REALLY interested in you. Perception deceives on occasion.

i experience the same thing. it could be that when you're in a relationship you're more confident and that's when your 'mojo' levels are at their highest. a lot of girls are attracted to that "i don't give a crap" attitude.

it could be that those girls (that are interested in you when you have a girlfriend) just want what they can't have. the grass is often greener over the fence.

i have another piece of advice for you.. watch out for those girls that may be pretending to be interested in you just to make someone else jealous or to piss your girlfriend off. whatever the reason for their deception, be wary of these relationship wreckers.

besides, it's natural to be attracted to people already in relationships. if a person has a partner, it generally shows that they are wanted by someone.
