The best answer to this question you can find it with the clerk of the courts for the county where you resided at this time. All divorces are filed on the county where one of the two parties resided. The cost for filling is always provided by the clerk and usually you need about 3 copies of the forms. You can find the forms you need online. If any children where born during the marriage or adopted, you will need to make either a child support agreement and have it filed with the child support enforcer. If you don't file the agreement, then the enforcer will make the decision in regards to the amount to be paid. You must have all your financials information available because they will come ahead during the divorce procedures...

Just go to one lawyer and let the expert handle the case...cost wise depend on how complicated is your case and how much time is needed to settle the divorce.
