He has proved himself to be quite a good footballer but that only lasted for a few years. It all died out when he moved from Man United to Real Madrid. He has been playing on the right wing Real Madrid and he has shown that he has great accuracy when doing long kicks with the ball. Nobody would disagree with me about that because if you have seen his performance in the Fifa World Cup in Germany this against Euador and he scored the only goal during the whole match. And yet, he has done nothing compared with what Maradona and Ronaldinho. He is over rated now and he can't even make into the first England team. He hasn't done anything extraordinary for example bring england into the final and scoring all the goals. Giving a tremendous come back either against other opponents. One word he is crap and ****.
He can see that his football skills has gone down when he can't even find the back of the net whenever there is a penalty.

he was the best when he was at the peak of his career. now hes gettin old and not that good anymore...wat i wrote came from a big David Beckham fan. hes always gonna be the best for me. hes not the best but hes the hottest. i would say either Pele or Maradona but the top 5 best players in my opinion are:
1. Pele
2. Maradona
3. Zidane
4. Ronaldo (Brazil)
5. David Beckham

hell no!!!
there are so many soccer players out there that can out play him any day! i saw him play in the world cup and he was not that great! he was okay but i saw a lot of other players that were better!
oh and btw I don't believe that there can be a "best soccer player of all-time". everyone is good at what they do. Soccer has many positions and unless Beckham can play all the positions perfectly then he can't be considered the best soccer player!

Absolutely not!!!!!!!!He was good back then in his prime but certainly did not make such a huge mark to be named the best footballer of all time!I take that you're American because you say soccer player and living there you may think that's he the best because he is one of the world's most recognised footballers especially in America!
