Running extremely rich and gas is getting past the piston rings into the crankcase. Possible leaky injector, bad fuel pressure regulator, dead o2 sensor.

you didn't say if it is running rough if it is do a tune up
all cars will have some blow by past the rings some worse Thain others its normal
other causes more likely bad fuel press regulator or injector
to test the regulator find it its on the fuel rail and has a vacuum line on it unplug the vacuum hose and start the car if fuel leaks out the vacuum tube you found your problem good luck

i have to be honest with you. its a chevy so it will always give you problems. I have one too and i can barely get to the store sometimes
