Unfortunately, the solution will be slow in coming, no matter which way you cut it. Sure, one person can influence many, but how many of us can aspire to such heights?
I'd love to get involved in politics, and help people that way. But I don't think I'll ever have the experience necessary, and I'm afraid that a life in politics would corrupt me.
Even if I could, I have too much of a past ever to be elected.
I wish I could write a book about all the problems in the world, with solutions for all of them, and that every person would read it, and suddenly have all the answers...but I don't see that happening either.
I wish I had a lot of money, so I could afford to go to third world countries and feed entire towns...build schools...dig wells...but I'll never be rich.
So here's what I'll do instead:
I'll teach my kids to love everyone equally. I'll teach them the difference between right and wrong. I'll try to teach them to be generous, and kind, and help people whenever and however they can. I'll try to teach them to be productive members of society.
Then...I'll hope and pray for the best. I'll hope that they pass it to their children, and to their children, and on and on.
That way, if I can't create more kindness and love, I can at least attempt to teach my children to not be evil.
I think that's really all that most of us can do.
I haven't had kids yet, but that's what I plan to do when/if I do have them.
It's my opinion that if everyone does this, at least there will be hope for future generations.

I agree. IT IS CORRUPT. it seems there are no moral values and humanity now a days.and this world can't go on like this...
What can we do as people to change it...Havent you heard the saying: "We must be the change we wish to see in the world."...Its high time that we start realizing this...before its too late..
I have answered one other question like this...I dont understand that why we as humans do not understand that whatever we're doing to destroy other nations and other people(by war.etc.) is actaully going against us,our civilization and our existance...We are humans...We are not beings of other religions or reces. We are humans and we should unite as humans.
Universal moral values should be implemented throughout the worl.
My personal view is that the word "POLITICS" should be eliminated from governments and nations as it has more to do with decieving other people and nations than anyother thing..Half of the worlds problem would be eliminated from this....

I love this question. How can it be that no one has ask it before? There are far to many things out there in the world that are corrupt to address them all in this response, but I will take a few minutes to answer this question with my thoughts on the matter. There is no easy solution to be concocted other than that which Jesus Christ said, "Love thy brother as you love yourself." If we all did this one simple thing, there would be world peace. With having said that, there is nothing else to say except, the bible said things would be this way and get worse. There will be no correcting the corruption till Jesus comes again. So the best that you can do, is love your brother as you love yourself, and pray that Jesus will come soon.

The world is corrupt...for money ...and power. The rich would want to be richer, the powerful would want to be more powerful. People cannot do anything about it - it is up to those rich and poweful.

That's no assumption- the world is corrupt and people can't do anything about it. It sucks.
