I am a coffee addict. But many says that it will make you feel more nervous. How about health benefits?

Yes.. Coffee does have some health benefits. It has been proven to reduce the chance of several types of cancer.

Coffee is said to contain anti-oxidents which can reduce the damage that DNA from free-radicals.

Actually, this isn't 100% proven and the damage that caffeine can do to the body kind of outways the benefits. Drinking excessive amounts of coffee (excluding decaf) can upset your heart and circulatory system.

Yes! One or two cups of coffee a day are good for you. The smell of it (for many people) is theraputic. Kind of like aroma therapy.

It increases your alertness and it does contain antioxidants.

Of course, everything in moderation. Too much of anything isn't good for you....even water.
