the planets getting hotter , the seasons are changing , but i want to know , will it ever get hot enough for me to plant opium poppies on my allotment ?

Here they're called 'oriental poppies' You can usually get them by sowing culinary poppy seed. Or buy them. They're legal here but not in the States.
Put the seed in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks to stratify them, then sow at the beginning of May in freshly raked soil in full sunshine. Rake over to cover the seed and don't expect anything dramatic, its still too short a summer for them here.
Still, that doesn't stop dipsticks nicking the seed pods out me garden thinking they can smoke them! Fools.

Bugger the opium. I want skunk on bushes ten feet high. Must remember to tell the elderly gardeners on the other plots, I'm simply growing genetically modified coriander.

Depend on where your allotment is - next door to the Police Social Club, then No, probably not!

My dad has been growing opium porries for ages in his garden.
You dont need global warming.

Late spring or early summer. Keep them well hidden from the authorities.

You may not have an alotment by then.
Get a greenhouse and you can grow weed though!
