Is it true if you burped and farted and sneezed and coughed at the same time would it create a suction in your stomach and kill you.

Yes all the air in your lungs would come out they would collapese and then you would die.

having spent quite a bit of time in the army, eating chlili, drinking beer and having a cold, i have done this on more than one occasion.
btw: sneezing and farting at the same time can make your buthole hurt.
still around to talk about it...just not in public.

I think that's physically impossible, but if by some remote chance it does happen I think that some part of you body that started on the inside will end up on the outside :p

No, you would but so much pressure on all your other organs as well. You would probably pee your pants. I know of people that cough and fart at the same time and pee their pants.
