Some people incorrectly stated that cardiac cells do not regenerate. They do. If a patient recieves a heart transplant, the heart is gradually replaced, over time, by the recipient's own tissue. It is also known among scientists that brain cells also regenerate, but at an extremely low rate. The longest living cells in the body are white blood cells, which can live indefinately if they aren't "called to duty".

primordial germ cells (oogonia and spermatogonia)

They're stem cells that get formed in the early embryo, and give rise to eggs and sperm. Most spermatogonia and some oogonia remain actively dividing until old age. And at least for the male, spermatogonia remain living until the death of the person.

There has been evidence of nerve renewal and regeneration (e.g. in the hippocampus), but recall that a woman is born with all the eggs she'll ever have.

This is also the longest living (natural) cell line. All other cell lines (neurons, epithelia, cardiac muscle, etc) are derived from them for a person, and die along with the person. But primordial germ cells (2n) are the ones that pass from generation to generation most directly -- via the gametes (n).

Yes, as one of the other answerers has pointed out cardiac muscle cells and neurons (nerve cells) live for the entire life of a human. They don't replicate and once lost cannot be replaced.
