I had BitDefender on my comp with Parental control which allowed me to blog internet traffic anytime. But, the problem is, it's only allowed start from hour, not minute. Beside, if any traffic is going, it won't block them. Is there any good solution for my question? Thanks all even if it can't help me!!!

Norton's Internet Security lets you block traffic till you tell it to let it flow again, either direction. Then again you didn't say if you want to block so that it couldn't be turned back on, but I also beleive this can be done in the Parental Controls. Now no surfing!

it should be that the internet is processing a lot infomation it basically receives stuck up and freezes for a second or so. it ought to also be your connection basically stumbling. it is going to attempt this by the years and there heavily isn't a lot you may do to help it.
