Is your boss opposite or same sex? Do you like it? I suggest smacking their butt back and see how they like it. Sexual harassment is so overused and a way for people to get raises, advancement in job etc. Feel proud someone has taken an interest in you. Enjoy the moment...

You said "keeps" slapping your fanny. Does that mean he slaps it once every day and this has been going on for a long time, or does it mean he slaps it repeatedly all day long in a single day? There is a fine line between sexual harrassment, but I'm not sure if either of those would actually count anyway. As long as you enojy it, its perfectly fine! I got a movie from Netflix describing such behavior. What was the name of that film? It had that guy from Boston Legal in it...what was his name???? oh yeh! James Spader!!

Sexual harrassment is from the view of the person being sexually harrassed. Your boss may not be harrassing you if you want him to do it. He is harrassing you if you don't want him to do it. Another man or woman may see him doing it to you and if they find it offensive it could be considered sexual harrassment to them. They could file and EEOC complaint about it and extend that complaint to include a hostile work environment. Just because the boss is not doing it to another person does not mean another person can't file a complaint on him. If you are the only employee and you enjoy it then encourage him to continue or even to escalate it if you want. It isn't very wise of him in such a litigeous society as ours to have this behavior unless you two have an existing relationship.

Unless you want to be slapped its harrassment. And keep in mind if you make an issue of it you could sue the sh-t out of your company for it.

Ms. Twatwaffle. Sexual harassment is a serious issue. This is a current events forum, not a venue for your attempt at humor.

Yes. Verbally request it to stop and document when it happens and who witnesses it.
harassment is rampant in the workplace and people should not have to work in that sort of atmosphere.
