Myspace is a great website where you can create blogs, stay in contact with friends and family, upload photos, met new friends and show your personality. You do have to sign up, but it is 100% free. I am addicted to it!
Also, you can create your own yahoo 360 where you can write blogs/put information and photos on there.

totally free website...gee there are quite a few...MySpace.com, Yahoo360..GetPastIt...are just off the top of my head...check these out for starters ...But there are a zillion out there but nearly all require membership,but most are free, sponsored by advertisers...

I like www.blogspot.com for its simplicity.
But I do not know whether it supports all of these functions.
It is free as far as I know.
