When there is a person in my life that I don't want to associate with, they become a non-person. They simply don't exist to me. If I am someplace that they are at, I don't see them. I don't speak to them, I walk right past them, I don't mention their name to anyone. Its as if they don't exist.
This drives people crazy, they can understand if you are talking behind their backs or telling others how awful they are, or making some sort of reaction based on what they have done.
But if you act like they don't even exist, they have nothing to fight about, nothing to complain about. Its perfect revenge.

I agree with the first response. If I dislike someone, I also treat them as if they do not exist. I avoid them at all costs and If I do come in contact with this person, I never give them the benefit of attention. I don't speak, I don't make eye contact...I completely overlook the person and ignore them. 99% of the time, the person will eventually get the hint that I do not like them.

Why do you need to do this? What do you hope to achieve by showing hatred to someone? It's because of such behaviour that the world becomes such a nasty place to live.
Why can't you leave this person alone to do his/her own thing if it does not concern you? I can assure you that you will feel better and happier, if you do not harbour hatred in you. If that person has hurt you, be forgiving and forget about it, instead of thinking about revenge. It will consume your energy. Channel your energy towards activities that will be benefial to you.
Make new friends, play games, exercise and enjoy the friendship of others more sincere towards you!
