The probability of winning is really very low .... any 4 random numbers will have equal chance of winning .... hahaha. I think this answer will give you less headache in choosing lucky numbers cause any numbers potentially can also win.

OMG I read an article in the newspaper on this before. Just a few months ago! I can't remember at all the numbers but I can tell you where to find them. It is in "Lianhe Wanbao", an article about Toto and which numbers come up most frequently and which ones dun. Underneath there's an article about 4D numbers that have NEVER come up. Pretty numbers never come up.

I'll always tell people to buy their personal numbers, so many. E.g like your I.C nos., birth cert. nos., your date, month and year of birth, your house address, your telephones nos : etc. For "TOTO', you can buy your family members age, date, month & day of the draw, ; etc.
