Go down the pub and cry into my beer.It dilutes it of course,but it lasts a bit longer and the rejection tastes just a bit sweeter.

i like to keep moving too. but sometimes it helps if you have the people that REALLY care about you (friends, family, etc.) around you after you've had that bitter taste of rejection.
life's too short. keep your head up.
