That's like saying, "What if a race car went the other way." Except that a race car is a coherent entity.

A tornado is nothing but movement. If/when it stops moving is stops being. If it turned on itself.....well that's the end of that.

I would assume you are talking about two tornadoes and what would happen if they got too close to each other? if thats the case, they would just merge together and create a bigger tornado. but if not, i have no idea what you're talking about
