You sound very young - I would say you have a lot to learn. Terrorism is not now, nor has ever been based Muslim communities. What you are hearing about on the news are "insurgency" attacks...basically, it is the defense taken by people when the homelands have been invaded by armed forces...it is common when this happens for them to take up a guerilla or sneak tactics to battle back against the greater armed forces. If you read through history, you will see that almost every growing country in the world has used this tactic against foreign enemys....specifically America when the British were here - back then however, we didn't have mines or Aks or bombs. Look it up on the encyclopedia please, before you come to dangerous conclusions about things,

Before Muslims it was Communist terrorism. Before that something else. Whenever people get repressed and have no means for an open war they result to the terrorist ways. Unfortunately People like Bin Laden succeeds in making Muslims believe that they are all brothers and people that have no clue as to what is really going on readily answer the call to go fight for Irak, Palestine etc.

It's not--there is terrorism all over the world. There was a group called the Red Hand Brigade that terrorized Italy in the 1970's, of course there was the Irish Republican Army, there are terrorists in Russia, the Tongs in China, I'd call the Mafia a terrorist organization to some extent, and don't forget the Oklahoma City bombing. It's just a matter of where our attention is right now.

I remember when everyone is London was terrified of the IRA bombing the city, and anyone with a Northern Ireland accent was suspected. It's just that recently there have been terrorists operating who say they are Muslims. They are not true Muslims as they would never kill people if they were - Muslim means Man of Peace.

Terrorists come in many forms of religions and societies, not just Islam and the Muslim world.
What you hear in the media is about all the unrest going on in the middle east, but there's a lot more of it in the world than just there.

hi, this is very good question. around the world whether it is poor islamic country, or rich country muslims are facing lots of problems, they are beaten, threaten, they are cheaten.
at that time they are not in the conscious. they try take revenge, which is not allowed by allah and his prophet.
the wrath closes their eyes.

Crusades. There was terror where christians were. But that's not true my grandmother is a full blood Indian and Muslim, there's no terror at her house.
