They hovered over the area in their spacecraft and supervised the whole operation. Sometimes they even helped move the huge blocks into place, you know, like during slave holidays and such ;)

Well the illegal aliens were sneaking into Egypt through a hole in the fence, and the Egyptians come up with a plan. they made the illegal aliens work on their lawns and build pyramids and stuff.
then the illegal aliens were put on a ship and went to spain.
The Spanish people were industrious and mowed their own lawns, and threw the illegal aliens out.
then I don't know, they are still out there some place.

I believe that the Egyptians has plenty of insight as to how to build these things. There are remnants of "practice" pyramids scattered about. You need look up pre-Giza pyramids and find information to the step pyramids of Egypt.
