Justin all the way. While Usher is a master at dancing, he does not messure up to Justin's singing and dancing together. I went to a Usher concert back in the day and all he did dance. He sang like 1 song, and just busted a move the rest of the night. While with Justin he gives a performance. Sure he can dance, but the boy can sing just as well.

They both are washed out but if i had to choose i would say Justin Timberlake. Usher looks like he never grows up. He's had the same face since 97.

USHER - Talent and sex appeal.
He's HOT and you've never heard of him having to change his voice (or make it more robot-esque) in order to sell records. And he doesn't use phrases like "get your sexy on"
