Dr. Phil's been losing you all your pets. First he told you to kill your dog, which you did, and now your cat & tortoise are gone.
Dr. Phil is a looney old fart. Stop listening to him.
Or is the problem really that the voices in your head only sound like Dr. Phil? Either way, probably wise to stop following their directions.
