There may be a better solution for you. You may wish to look into a content management system. These systems are free open source php scripts that allow the quick setup of powerful websites. The entire site is controll through a web-based administration panel. No coding is needed.
While they can be a challenge to install, most reputable hosting services now include free installation options in their control panels. With a few clicks, you can have one of these systems running on your site.

There are some possible ways, try to get a free or trial version of a "what you see is what you get" webeditor. There are many to download, like Dreamweaver or Golive or you search for yourself in the net. There is also Namo.
Other possible solution is the hard way. You gotta learn the HTML language for yourself. With that you can write your own website in the way you like them to be !

Creating a web page is free. It's pure HTML code, so you only need a text editor.
If you don't know how HTML works, you can download trial versions of tools like Dreamweaver which will create the HTML code for you. When the trial expires, you can learn from what was automatically created and continue manually.

u must know html programming for developing web sites. u may use html editors or softwares that generate html for u automatically but you must have good knowledge of html. knowing javascript will be helpful. if you know mysql, php, asp then nothing will be better than that. but before starting make sure that you know html well and possibly have sound knowledge
of javascript. javascript helps in creation of dynamic pages. also have sound knowledge of graphics programs.
