I would prefer to keep a pouch of Silica Gel in cupborad where the clothes are kep. As silica gel absorb the moisture in the air, so it will not allow the white powdery fungus to get on ur clothes.

I suggest running a light bulb near the area which typically grows a lot of fungus the light will generate heat which makes an environment that is difficult for the fungus to grow. Just make sure it's a regular bulb- not a fluorescent bulb.

Also, leave the door a little open, so there is circulation.

Lastly, you might want to consider spraying the wallls of the area which are prone to fungal growth with lysol.

Why would you keep your clothes in the cupboard?
Anyway, if your question is not a joke, then here's what I do: I keep the... wardrobe open when I am in the house. I also place a fan in front of it. Don't forget to turn the fan on... If you have money (they are not expensive, anyway), buy a so-called "wardrobe dehumidifier". They are very useful.
