Use blue tooth, infrared or cable that come with your phone

You may be able to use Bluetooth if your phone and computer have that. Otherwise, you'll need a special cable. Check with the store where you bought your phone.

Only if your computer has a modem. Does not matter what kind of operating system it has.

You have 2 options:

1-To connect it via cable(physically).
2-Via bluetooth.(if ur pc has one).
