I used to work for an online radio station. They're called Twister Radio. Pretty cool, pretty laid back.... and now they might pretty defunct! I'm not sure. But check 'em out and this could only help you hone your skill some more!

contact a local DJ and give him a fee to learn spinning this is the best and most practical way
