I think you can do this with conversion software. I happen to get some software called “MP3 to MIDI Converter”. You can check the link http://www.mp3towav.org/mp3-to-midi.asp and see how it’s working.

Hi Krishna,
You can use this program from download.com. It's free to try and may work for you. MIDI files can't contain as much detail as MP3, so your audio may not be of the same quality. Personally, I prefer the MP3 format.

Impossible. The two formats are irrelevant.
It's like trying to convert water into wine. Nobody can do that :)
