Yep. He's reached the stage where he needs to put a hat on when he goes out in the sun. Actually, he looks quite nice with that balding hairline. He's kept himself in good shape, and not gotten all saggy and dumpy looking.
It isn't uncommon for young men to go bald. And usually, it looks good on them. What really looks weird is when they decide to 'hide' it and comb their hair in incredible arrangements to cover the bald spot. I suspect Donald Trump has a receding hairline and that's why he wears it all combed forward -- which only makes him look dumb and disheveled.

Yes, it appears that William's hair is thinning. His father and grandfather both had full heads of hair until their early to mid 20s and then they went through the same thing. William's thinning hair is obvious when he appears in windy conditions. Oh well, military caps and the future crown will help cover the bald spot.
