Well John Mark Karr got released from Jail...and he is not the person who murdered JonBenet. He was sentenced as Innocent sometime later. i asked my mom why he was...he was so obsessed with her murder, he studied it, I think like as an investagator. Thats what I think when i hear studied her murder. he told ppl he did it, and he didn't...thats how obsessed he was with it.
So now its who had killed her now. Thats still a big mystery.
My mom said the ramson note has nice hand writing, and my parents still think it was her mom that killed her.
My mom just gave me a big clue last night...ususally guys don't have nice hand writing, and write like a girl. Who else would have nice hand writing in that house besides the mom?
Who found her dead down stairs the night of her murder right away? her dad....he must have herd something. JonBenet's mom got mad at her cuz she would pee the bed. What little kid doesn't?
Thats gives u an idea who could have killed her. Tell me what u think on this.

There are too many possibilities to even guess what happened. But I personally agree with your mom. One of my sources says Patsy was a religious fanatic (became one after surviving cancer) and killed JonBenet as a sacrifice. That's a little farfetched- I personally believe Patsy lost her temper with JonBenet and slapped/hit her very hard, killing her - then had to inflict other damage (strangulation, etc.) to make it look like murder by an intruder. I think most of the time, things like this happen by accident and the parents fear being accused of child abuse and having their other children taken away, so they panic and make it look like someone else did it.

It's amazing how people still somehow misrepresent the facts. I would like to clear up a couple of points from reading falsehoods in some of the answers to your question--

1. Someone said, "The graphologists studied the handwritten note and Patsy Ramsey was not the written author." NOT TRUE! Out of all the family and friends, Patsy was the ONLY ONE who was NOT ruled out as having written the note. Every one else WAS ruled out. They couldn't said 100% that she did write the note, but they couldn't say 100% that she didn't.

2. There was NO semen in her underwear! People please stop saying that. There was DNA there and DNA under her fingernails, but anyone who has ANY physical contact with another person (classmate, parent, friend) will get DNA on them and DNA under their fingernails if they scratch or fight with someone - it could happen one day and the DNA stays there for a long time, especially under the fingernails.

3. The Christmas party was NOT at the Ramsey's house - remember they went to a FRIEND'S HOUSE for the Christmas day party, arrived home in the evening, went to bed, and JonBenet was missing the next morning (the Ramseys did have a Xmas party but on Dec 23 - 2 days before the murder). So some "intruder" would have had to have broken into the house and hidden and waited for them to get home, get undressed, go to sleep, and then kidnap/kill JonBenet. Doesn't make sense. Of course they passed the time writing the only 3-page ransom note in history!

That is not always true, My dad and my son have beautiful hand writing and alot of other men I know do also, and there are still the mysterious shoe prints and other evidence of 2 strangers down in the basement , there were quit a few people in that home during their party and Christmas gathering...and just because the Ramsey's did not act like we would doesn't make them guilty.... so I still believe they are out there, in time they will find him or them....there was a case just solved recently that the murder took place over 30 yrs ago.....they will get them....there is no perfect murder!!!!!!

In our Justice system we strive for truth and justice. When the jury (in a criminal case) pronounces "guilty", that must be made without prejudiced and an absolute certainty on the part of the good people of the jury.

Unfortunately this case was not handled very well from the start, evidence, leaks to the press, and genuinely poor execution by law enforcement in general will make this a tough case to get before a court without a credible, signed, confession that can be proven correct.

Your mom makes some real good points, but in itself not enough to get conviction, or even bring before a Grand Jury.

All I see is this case practiacally ALL OVER TV, I get it, its a tragic case, it shouldnt have happened. But, that little girl isnt the only child killed, children are killed everyday, I dont see live, long, excessive coverage on them! Because those children are proabaly not little white, rich girls like JonBenet Ramsey. I am not racist, this is just my opinion. At first it was fine, but now, its just plain annoying. Everyone knows its tragic and sad, but the whole world doesnt revolve around this case.

People bring their own beliefs and perceptions to this story. NO, I don't believe the Ramsey's had anything to do with it and have been through enough...it was a cruel, cruel loss that they have to live with. Let Patsy Ramsey rest in peace...she went to her grave with people thinking just that and she knew she didn't and forgave people for thinking what they think. John Ramsey has now lost 2 children tragically and now his wife is gone...I believe he is a wonderful man who has had great sorrow in his life and has strong religious beliefs that hold him together. He has all my sympathy and I do hope they will find the murderer but the Bolder Police destroyed this case from the beginning because they were inept and derilect in their duties to the public at large.

I think people make to many assumptions. I think Karr was brilliant - he was facing serious criminal charges in Thailand, so do avoid a death sentence over there, he claimed he killed Jon Benet. Think about it. First class airfare out of Thailand, and he can't be forced back. Smart man. As for Jon Benet, they have DNA evidence. They just haven't found who it matches too, and they tested her Mom and Dad - so quit assuming. This is one case that will just never be solved.

It probably was the parents. But I don't know. I'm not going to jump to conclusions just yet!!! I guess her mom was a little strict about wetting the bed. I think I've done that a few times too but my mom never got mad at me.

Somebody, somewhere knows something, and its only a matter of time before we all will know.

The case of Jon Benet Ramsey heightened the public awareness of child abuse and child neglect. And, as a result new laws have been instituted and harsher penalties are being implemented against perpetrators.

The public doesn't have all the facts! At first I was sure it was her dad, however now I've decided that I can't jump to that conclusion without all the facts. There is something going on with the parents probally physical and sexual abuse.

well since Patsy Ramsey is dead i hardly think idle gossip and speculation will help anybody.

The graphologists studied the handwritten note and Patsy Ramsey was not the written author.
