I am no Dr. but Iknow someone who had the same symptoms.I don't believe in diagnosing but first make a DR appt now. I think you could be suffering from endometrosis, if this has happened alot. My sister would have severe cramping,lots of clotting and back pain combined with lower back pain.This would happen every 2 weeks approx,or maybe you were pregnant and miscarried either way get to a Dr. now make the appt today it maybe just a heavy period and if not on birth control now,maybe the DR. will put you on birth control pills to regulate you. I can't stress enough get to a Dr. as soon as possible. Good Luck

no it is not a sign of pregnancy.
you actually could be having ovalation pain!
some women do suffer with ovalation pains.
or it could be a bladder infection as you have both a tummy ache and back pain.
