Greed has all of our senses. The third eye should be for enlightenment.

Yes. An eye is missing. Greed is focuses on self gratification whereas the self doesn't want it. It is good to think of the self all the time and always think of self first in every breath but by doing that, the self is actually being asked for gratification and that gratification is what it needs. Greed never asks, just gives and that's not what the self needs nor wants and so the self ignores it and later greed will never reach the self to gratify. Self would just ignore it. Always ask first and feed it accoordingly to what the self truly feels for. Greed is a poisonous element! The missing eye is not giving the self what it truly needs.

Greed isnt a entity with life of its own so it has neither eyes or ears or any senses whatsoever. But perhaps a way to deal with what is considered 'good greed' is to keep its victim as far away as possible and say things like "greed is blind" bla blahh
But in our time the economic value has trancended into Human values as etics and morality and is used as a argument in the face of all critics of the way this boat is drivven.
You empty space is were you must create human values of your own.Like:

To be kind dont mean gullible but to have etics in the heart!
To have compassion for all other living in your concious mind as a rule is a real thing not just for show.it doesnt have much weight.
As you shout in the forrest you will be answered. On all levels that one applies.

Greed is certainly blind. Talk to those who pursue material wealth relentlessly, and they will respond with (a) denial (b) I'm not as bad as others or (c) I "deserve" these treats.

Those who pursue material wealth are simple. Those who pursue simple lives are wealthy with knowledge :-)
