Look at the outlets in the bathroom. They may be a type called Groud Fault Interupters, typically used near water and have a built in breaker. You can tell because they will probably have two buttons one that says test and the other says rest. Push the rest button and see if your power comes back. They often blow before the regular breaker does.

Outlets in a bedroom and usually not on the same breaker as the overhead light. Some breakers LOOK like they have not tripped but actually have so first try turning them ALL off and then back to on (there will be an audible click), if that was the problem it will work. If you don't have any electrical experience and it it still not working you should contact a qualified service person.

Check the "GFI" receptacle in the bathroom. You can identify it by the two buttons in between the outlets. Try pushing in the "RESET" button. I would not be surprised if everything comes back on. All though it shouldn't, some inexperienced electricians will connect other devices to the "Load Side" of the device. But then again, some one could have installed the "GFI" in a retrofit situation and the other things that are off are attached to the "Load side" of the "GFI". Hope this fixes your problem.

If you own the building then call someone that knows about these things. You most likely lost ground some place in the system. If you rent then get the landlord to send someone out to fix it. If you do not understand how wiring is done and the safety codes then do not fool with it. Remember electricity can kill.

properly, i think of we decide for slightly greater element right here, because it must be countless issues. Are you in a double-extensive? if so, then there may be an issue with the go-over wiring. Which retailers are being affected? some retailers are run in a chain from GFCI retailers. Kitchen counter retailers working example, generally feed off the single with the GFCI outlet. while it journeys, all of them circulate off. bathing room retailers are additionally GFCI retailers, and outdoors retailers are generally run from a variety of. there is generally an outlet below the residing house too, to plug in warmth tape (mutually because it is often by utilising itself circuit breaker, its no longer consistently set up that way). additionally... its fairly person-friendly to discover countless retailers in a 'chain'... the capacity for one comes from yet another, which may even come from yet another.... and if a variety of on the top of the chain has a defective connection, then they are going to all lose capacity. there is even the occasional wall change that operates some retailers (generally got here upon interior the front room, on the exterior wall, yet Ive seen some bedrooms set up this variety too). stable luck

I agree with John. If you have a newer home your GFI outlet in your bathroom can also control some outlets in your bedroom. Mine did. Hit the reset and see what happens.

You should probably find an electrician.
Either you have a bad breaker or your wiring is damaged.
