You have an excellent point. I feel the same way. I want the elected officials to be smarter than I am. When you realize that isn't true, it's scary. I think that's why there is so much debate in America today. 80% of Americans have a better idea on how to handle our country's problems than Bush does.

Why would saying something to myself make me upset? What if it was true? What if it wasn't? Who really cares? He went to a much better college than I did and made even better grades than me. It's not easy to become a pilot even if your family is rich. They aren't going to put you up in a piece of equipment that costs millions if you can't fly it. I can't fly.

Not really, but I'd still wish he'd be smart enough to call me and submit himself to my will and whims, since I am obviously the better person suited to be in charge. Agreed? :)
