Can't happen! Negative acceleration means staying still since going in reverse would still be acceleration (only a different direction). The laws of physics would apply here and the acceleration or speed would create momentum.
Speed and acceleration of light, however, would not apply since the increasing speed of light would, theoretically, move time in reverse (negative acceleration).
