XML is not a language you can execute. It requires an interpreter or a related XSL file to process it.

You need to have the DTDs for the XML and also an XML Parser. You can view the XML in a Browser such as Firefox,Internet Explorer , Mozilla or Netscape .Also if you have Microsoft Office installed on your computer, that provides a parser for XML so you can view the xml files in browser .
