Say for example we are talking about a guy, he does not believe he is a guy, he believes he is a woman trapped in a man's body so he'll do whatever is necessary for him to look and feel like a lady. It does not make him less of a person, unfortunately though, it proves he is just not satisfied with the life he was given.
