You gotta develop self-control.

Slow down when you feel close to ejaculating and hold it (to avoid a slap from your partner, get busy with your hands, lips, nose, etc). After 2 or 3 minutes, when you can you feel in control again, get on with the action.

Do this repeatedly for as long as you can. Of course, there will be mishaps when your control won't be strong enough but don't get discouraged. Practice makes perfect, see?

After a while, you'll wonder what the problem was.

For some it will take a month or two, others maybe a week or two. Depends how often you get the opprotunity to practice, of course (read: how often you get laid)

keep the pace of whole process slow, do a lot of foreplay and keep a bubble gum in you mouth. don't try un-prescribed medicines or you may end up losing what already have.
It's all psychological. Anyu thing you can do is to eat an apple early in the morning regularly and drink a lot of water. This will automatically improve your situation reasonably in about two weeks or so. Also go for some physical activity like exercise or play badmenton or tennis table.

Try pc exercise 1.Locate your PC muscle. The pubococcygeus muscle forms the floor of the pelvic cavity and stretches like a hammock from the pubic bone to the bottom of the spine.
