I want to know how they are formed and related to each other?

Black hole - an object so great in size its own mass becomes unbearable and it cannot sustain itself. The gravity collapses onto itself (curved) and becomes a black hole. The gravity is so great that anything that comes into close vicinity of it will be drawn in. Nothing, not even light, can escape once it crosses the event horizon. All matter that falls in a black hole eventual destination is the singularity. All matter is lost to this universe once inside a black hole.

Wormhole - In theory, a tunnel that connects a black hole and a "white hole." They do not exist in our world because a black hole is very volatile and would cause the wormhole to snap, disconnecting the wormhole from the white hole and the black hole. Also, a white hole would have the ability to only spew out matter, since a black hole sucks in matter. Therefore a white hole violates the law of conservation of energy, since energy cannot be created or destroyed.

Singularity - the final destination of all matter inside a black hole. A point in space inside the black hole with infinite density yet no dimensions of length, width, height, and space-time. Basically, an infinitely small point made of compressed matter that has fallen into the black hole.

In a nut shell, If a massive heavenly body collapses to form a black hole, it exhibits infinite density and all of its mass is concentrated within a single point (singularity) about as large as the period following this sentence. The inverse square law indicates that gravitational attraction increases without limit as you approcah the center of gravity. Because a black hole has no solid surface (like earth) you can approach itss center of gravity and the gravitational force is so great that it collapses all matter including atoms, molecules, potons, neutrons and electrons and all our known laws of physics break down. If other (unknown) laws of physics hold for a black hole, perhaps wormholes can exist that allow travel throughout the universe to other black holes through some sort of back door; perhaps where the speed of light no longer applies. There is no brief explanation for black holes and singularities, astronomical warmholes are more of a myth.

I would make mention that what you seek knowledge of is a theory. Even though it is proported to be factual, it is not. Einstein made a mistake when he thought that the addition of mass, in form of energy, was added to an accelerating mass. An accelerating mass does not gain mass, it converts its own overall mass frequency in direction of travel so that it becomes more dense in direction of travel and less dense at right angles to it. i dint know any brief explanations, but i will tell you this. a black hole and a singularity are the same thing.

Blackhole : is what you get when atoms are ripped off their electrons and you get a giant ball of protons and nuetrons.

Wormholes : a tunnel thru' which you can enter in say milkyway galaxy and get out at the edge of the universe in a moment.

Singularities : A dot containing all the matter of this universe.
