It could be a number of things. Stress can delay a menstrual cycle. When I was in basic military training I didn't get a cycle for a good 4 months. I wasn't the only one either most of the girls didn't. It was the amount of stress we were under at that time. Every body handles things differently. Maybe a birth control to help regulate it would be an option too.

Oh, 2 years ago, I happened to meet a lady with a case like yours. All I told her was to eat more vegetable and do some light exercises. And true enough, she's back to normal and is not giving birht to a health child.

do the pregnancy test first, if you are not pregnant, then you can just wait or go to the Dr.
For me, im 20 years, and it i don't have it exactly after 28 days ,it is changing and my Dr. said it is normal for me .!

check with doctor to see if you have polycystic ovaries, lack of periods, weight gain, excess hair,
or if you have put weight on or lost weight this affects periods
