Looks pretty simple. I would say that the make-up artist used a grayish/silver color eyeshadow across the entire lid from the crease down and then used a black eyeshadow with a tint of shimmer (reminds of black tied by MAC) on the outer part of the lid and then lined the upper and lower lids with black liner (cake liner works best or powder). Don't forget the black mascara on upper and lower lashes. As for the lips it looks like a sheer peach color which I'm sure you could find at your local drug store. Hope this helps.

Use a light purple eyeshadow on the far sides of your eyes next to your nose. put silver and a smoke color on the other side and blend together with white. put on black volumizing mascara (try Maybelline Intense XXL in very black) and a black liner (Maybelline Cool Effect Liner in very black frost).
The lips are pretty simple. Use a lip plumper to get the fullness that raven has. then you should take a brown/pink gloss (try Maybelline shiny-licious lip gloss in carmella). Finish up with a lip liner (Maybelline Moisture Extreme in mauve).
Quick enough, pretty simple!

It looks as if she does a light consealer because she already has beautiful skin. A smokey eye, then on the crease she uses a dark viberant blue. And a light brown lossy lip color. Very natural basically.
