Out of the two choices - I would probably say "How can I be Sure". However it does sound pessimistic and I would normally answer "yes it is" but I can't ever imagine saying "Groovin" to anything (unless I was in an Austin Powers movie or around in the 60's).

It's a beautiful mornin', Ahhh,
I think I'll go outside a while,
An jus' smile.
Just take in some clean fresh air, boy!
Ain't no sense in stayin' inside
If the weather's fine an' you got the time.

I've got to be on my way, now.
[Ain't no fun just hangin' around]

"People Got to be Free".

If my man went to sleep with me the night before I'd respond, Isn't it though!

If I had a bad night I'd say, I hope it gets better!
