Why on earth would you ask this? Very strange. I imagine that amongst the work forces in banks, courts of law, hospitals and many more, the women will have to wear tights. At the Ballet perhaps?

I hate tights, they must have been designed by a man because they are so horrible and yucky.
Try going to a slightly crap shop like woolworths or ethel austin, I am sure they will have some right beauties in tights just for you.

I certainly don't wear them in the summer. I will start wearing them again in about September or when the weather starts turning a bit cold. Tight are horrible things to wear, but in the summer - yeuch! Have I got you all excited?

Probably a ballet or aerobics class. Don't go to one at a YMCA though as some of those ones will be older than freakin' moses. Uggggggghhhh!

if you mean tights like pantyhose then at some suffy office where they only allow wool suits of a certain percent
if you mean colored tights then the runway and the lower east side of new york

Almost everywhere in the uk, it is a little cold today, but you might not see them because they may be wearing them underneath their trousers, by the way this a little weird why the question?
