*73 or 73# depending on your provider. For Verizon cell phones, I know that *73 works.

If you are talking about cancelling call forwarding on a mobile, then go to network services menu and choose the option for deactivating call forwarding.

open your mobile's settings in it check the call settings and it was kept there when you scroll down.you will get call forward option better uncheck it or deactivate it
