I am 22 weeks right now and cannot sleep even though I am exhausted...
I think it could be a mixture of things..
first of all-
Our bodies are not used to the extra weight and its hard to get comfortable..
second...
its normal to be restless because you have alot of things going through your head at this point..nerves about the baby and everything....
I bought a long down body pillow and I try to read or have a glass of warm milk before bed....
that usually helps...
Dont worry though..you are normal...
Congratulations on your pregnancy!!!

its totally normal, try to get enough exercise, eat at a leisurely pace at dinner, develop a bedtime routine, have a light snack to keep your blood sugar level up, make sure ur room isnt too cold or too hot, a stuffy room isnt good, try to solve ur problems before going to bed, this wont hurt ur baby so dont worry

Are you so tired as to be unable to type in a coherent fashion? Geez, that question made ME tired. I'm going back to bed now.

Not sure, probably because you can't get comfortable.
