I always cry in my sleep it may sound stupid because simply there is a crush and I simply can't forget about him deep down inside I care but on the outside I don't not that I don't like him as a friend but what should I believe my heart or what is on the outside?
It is said that I should not judge a book by its cover but is this really what I am doing?

It's not stupid. You worry subconciously of rejection. Talk to him; get to know him even MORE. Who knows? Maybe he'll return the favor. And if not? Hun, that's life. You'll have this happen over and over.
