I know he didn't do it, it was just a twisted fantasy of his, but they let this guy back into society? Knowing that he fantasizes about little girls? To give him the opportunity to act out on his fantasizes?

No they did NOT release him. He is still in jail pending pornography charges.

Well not really to act out his fantasies...i guess he wanted some fame, and maybe thats why he went and said he killed her, when he didn't. He didn't do it, cuz their was no DNA match. He studied her murder and he was so obsessed with her and her murder. They let him go cuz he's not the one. He didn't do anything bad anyway. So, he gave hints he never did it...there were clues in his case...answering Questions. He said he killed her some place else and it was not in Colorado.When she was living in CO and it took place their. He studied her case good, but gave hints he didn't do it, but wanted his fame for what he did (study her murder). He was so obsessed and still that way and says stuff he wish he did...kiss her...kill her...whatever. But he didn't do it and that is why he got released, no dna match or anything. No proof in this case that Karr did it.

He didn't get released, he's going back to California on charges of Child Pornography.

He has not been released. They are holding him until California can pick him up for child porno charges. He has sick twisted mind. His family should be careful around him.

He is still in the custody of the boulder police they are sending him back to California where he will face child pornography charges

no . they didnt release him . they are gonna charge him with possession of child pornography. they will find a way to hold him for a while. and hopefully get this sicko some help

They didn't release him, he is still in jail and undergoing charges for child pornography. He is a sick man though, anyone who confesses to a murder and is as obssevive as this man is. is sick.

i dont know if they released him . but i totally a gree with u that he shouldn't be sent back to society even if he was only trying to draw some attention to himself.
