yes that is a big fear among all of us in the rest of the US. the people from california move out of their state and try to warp the citizens of their new homes

Well, being European and all, you don't know one of the best-kept secrets in America. Here goes. Us regular Americans put an invisible fence around California and we started the Hollywood myth in order to entice "California Types" to go to California. Once they cross the fence, they cannot come back. The best they can do is move to Northern California, where the tall trees keep them in check and the gas prices are even higher than normal. People from Mexico that come over the border to work have special dispensation, unless they fall prey to the movie bug.
Now, there is another "Zone" that is similar. That is Washington DC. Once people cross over that line, they change also. Whereas they wanted to serve the American People when they ran for office, upon being in DC for a while, a virus infects them and they now spend all their time trying to get reelected, rather than doing the business they were elected for. Don't go there!
And, yes. Be afraid. But only if you cross over to California or DC. Otherwise, enjoy this beautiful country and it's people. And don't worry about Americans. They have managed to keep going for over 200 years.

Well, I would like to know more details on what you have seen that is screwed up, but, yes, California usually lead the trends of the nation in a general way by about 5 years.

YES..My God they have already done so much damage. In our State if you come from California you must go through special security searches before you enter..to make sure they won't bring in that stuff that's hurting everyone..we are on top of this! Thanks for your public service
