Dear Richard
If the doctor said there is nothing wrong with you, then stop worrying, if you had these symptoms then you wouldn't be asking these questions, its all in your head, you are causing all this pain and illnesses yourself, you know what you should do is go for a break, go to the Lake District or something, forget everythinkg going in your head, then you will make yourself more ill, because you are thinking too much that is why you are getting chest pains, back pain, aching limbs, and having night sweats it is something you call stress, before you go to bed think of something nice and hopefully you don't have nightmares, you have to try and get yourself out of it, i know it must not be easy, because only you know what you are going through, but trust me if you stop thinking about all these things you will feel alot lighter. Try some excersises or bike riding etc, you are one healthy human being and stop putting yourself down, and remeber your doctor has told you there is nothing wrong with you, take his word. take care

It does sound like it could be anxiety - all of those symptoms are things that can be experienced during anxiety and panic attacks, and it is very common to feel as though something is seriously wrong or to obsess about it. Attacks can often feel like they come completely out of the blue when you don't think you are stressed or that anything is there to cause it. There is absolutely loads of stuff on the internet about anxiety and panic, and your doctor should also have some very useful leaflets and info to get you started on dealing with it. Good luck!

If your doctors have found nothing wrong with you . get a second opinion and if they find nothing . you are having panic attacks.. they can screw up your whole system..
Why do you feel that you have cancer or the other things that you have described..? Is there someone near to you that has died from this? If so that is your main problem.. it is fear..
Relax you are most likely perfectly fine.. find something to distract yourself..
You need to have your doctor prescribe something for you. they do have meds for panic attacks now..
with all your worrying you are hurting your own health.
take care of it soon.. 9 months is to long to be worrying about something that may never happen to you..
hope all works out well for you..

It's definately an anxiety attack. Is it paranoia, or is it fear that something is wrong? You have gone to the doctor, had a complete physical, and found nothing wrong. Now you need to see a therapist to talk about these attacks, and find out why you are so worried about getting sick. Good luck to you.

You might want to change your doctor first. Then find a doctor with a sympaathetic ear who will listen and take you seriously. This must be very hard for you to be constantly feeling like this. You should be enjoyig your life not feeling like this.
Please seek proper professional help, they may be able to refer you to a counsellor so you can talk in depth about what makes you feel like this.
Best wishes.

I take it you have seen your doctor and asked for a full medical check up and blood tests just in case there is a physiological problem that can be treated soon, failing that have you thought about seeing a counsellor or Hypnotherapist? I could recommend you look into it.
