Not sure i understand your question, but if you want to be healthy; In a nutshell, eat right - eliminate fast food and soda. exercise at least every other day - minimum of 20 minutes, eliminate alcohol and tobacco products.

Hey nimmi u are very lucky to be blessed with such good height(ask those who are short like me) all u need to look pleasant or appealing is to feel beautiful just count the no of blessings god has given u and compare urself with those who don't have it.Think of ur positive aspects and u will surely feel confident and be happy which is the key to an appealing personality. Try eating a lot of fruits and salad this will improve ur skin and try to consult a makover speciaslist or someone who can suggest u the right way of dressing and hairstyling just remember to be confident and happy. Well there's lotz of supllements available in market or consult wiht some Doctor for increasing ur diet so tht u can put some flesh on ur body. And don't u need to be worried or feel panic it's the age when u'll increase in ur height it happenz with many, coz m also 6feet 1 inch n during my teen age i was also very thin, but as soon as age passes on ur height will stop n u 'll start getting weight.

Apart from being luking nasty, baby i can suggest you have n great attitude.........man!!! u ahve been lucky tht u got height, go n ask them who doesn't have height n feel very shy!!!

So my suggestion njoy ur height feel proud of being tall n have good diet with a Great Attitude to look different n unique from other's.

It sounds like you have an attitude problem. I would look for a means of releasing your inner energy. Also I would look for the the negative cues when it comes to talking to people. I wouldn't get all hung up over your emotions at 18 because you have a long way to go and some of us are hyper at a young age. When I was younger I had a hard time talking to people and if I liked a girl I would get all hung up on what I was suppose to say to her, later I learned that you just have to be yourself and it helps to hang around people you really like instead of people that you are suppose to like because of some kind of social image. Your real friends will make you a much happier person.

Realise that you are an individual,with your own gifts to contribute to the world.I dont know why you think your personality is not so pleasant,you may be just different,many great people have been considered different,just be the best you can be in whatever field that interests you,people admire an expert in any endeavour,become expert at something that contributes to the common good.

By healthy, I think u mean a good complexion, etc. The best u can do is to eat a lot of fruits, green leafy vegetables, fresh salads and drink lots of water. Avoid areated drinks, alcohol, coffee (to a large extent) and you will have a fine complexion, your hair will be glossy, as also your nails. Drink atleast two glasses of milk every day.

I don't really understand you. If you think you are a nasty person, you probably are. (sorry :-)) But at least you realise it. Get people to tell you what they don't like about you, it hurts but it might help. Then try to change. I'm hesitant to say this, but maybe try a religion? It worked for me. If you're not healthy, just try an excercise a lot, get fresh air and eat well. good luck

First of all join some gym.. It will help you in either case if you are lean or if you are fat.
Next thing is that, pay special attention on what you wear, because it matters a lot.
Try a good hairstyle that suits your face.

What does your personality have to do w/ how tall you are,nothing.Maybe you need to think before you respond in certain situations.Maybe you are bipolar and need meds.
